Anytronics Mini-Desk 6 Dimmer Pack Handset
This dimmer/switcher pack was only controlling 1 out of the 6 light circuits it was connected to, after repairing the handset and the main rackmounted unit full control was restored.

Cadar Microstat V2 Micrometer
This digital vernier gauge had a flat battery and the unit was not taking any meaningful readings. A new battery (Varta 3/CP300h) was sourced and the pcb was repaired, making the unit functional again. We can supply new batteries for these units.

Compair C20605/104/C
This compair pcb had a rather strange fault, the stop button would not work and the start button stopped the complressor as long as it was held down. We were able to cure this fault and keep the compressor running

This industrial Convotherm pcb would not let you change the temperature of the oven, luckily the owner had another identical oven and we were able to compare the 2 circuit boards and quickly find the fault.

Gumbuster Chewing Gum Removal System
This is a pressure washer system that has an onboard alternator and hot water boiler system.
The boiler was not being supplied with any diesel, the alternator was only outputting 140vac instead of 240vac, this was cured and the water now gets nice and hot again.

Messmel Buchel M376200 Micrometer
This micrometer was not moving its weight up and down at all, this was traced back to a faulty motor and gearbox, the problems were cured and after calibration the unit was ok again.

This bench micrometer was not measuring very accurately, the main pcb had some problems on it and there was also some mechanical problems.

SCM NUM720B CNC Monitor
This is a 10" mono CRT monitor that was very slowly losing its vertical height, eventually the screen was only about 1/2" high. We went and removed the monitor ourselves, repaired and went back to refit the screen and it was as good as new.

SIMATIC S5 101U PLC
This old PLC is still used daily, it started to get intermittent ouput problems and eventually gave up completely. We were able to strip the PLC down and replace all the worn out relays with new ones. We also have the handheld programmer PG605U so if anybody needs any programming altering, please contact us for more information.

Sussex Instruments Ltd Film Gauge
This film gauge made by Sussex Instruments Ltd came in for repair/calibration as there as no control over the readings it was displaying. The whole unit neede taking apart to cure all the problems, but once done it is now as good as new again.

White Knight Gas Tumble Drier
This pcb is inside a white plastic housing and was not starting the gas tumble drier, there were 2 of these pcb's to repair and it turned out that wrong components were fitted when the pcb's were manufactured, these were replaced with the correct components and it all works again.
