The short answer is... We will repair any electronic device, if we can keep it out of the recycle bin then we are doing a huge service to our environment.

Simply Contact us with your requirements. Your repairs need to be packaged well with plenty of packing (ie bubble wrap) and in a secure box and sent to us in order that we can provide a detailed fix price quotation to you. Make sure you have your own contact details ie: name, address, telephone number and email address in the parcel with your repairs.

Because all repairs will be different we cannot provide a price until we have inspected the product. Once we have assessed it we will send you a fixed price quotation to include all parts, labour, VAT and delivery.

Depending on the fault and how many you send us, but we aim to have all repairs carried out and sent back to you within 3-5 working days. If there is an unexpected delay in sending it back we will contact you to let you know.

Certainly, the more, the merrier! All you have to do is make sure they are well packaged up and send them to us. We will contact you once we have inspected them and let you know the final cost and the anticipated date of return.

We offer a 90 day warranty on all parts and labour on the item that we have repaired.

If we feel that it will not be cost effective to repair we will inform you. You will then have a choice of us sending the item back to you as it was received and you will only be liable for postage costs. Or we can hold onto it and recycle it the environmentally friendly way. We will not charge you for our time in assessing the repair in the first place.
