At Lumaco Ltd we offer a repair service for ANY make and model of TFT Flat Panel Monitor.

If you have a problem with your screen let us have a look at it and we will endeavour to repair it for you, saving you time and money and also you will be doing your bit to save the environment by not throwing it away to purchase a brand new one.

We will also repair TFT's in large numbers, in the past, we have repaired pallet loads of screens that companies have been buying from places like Ebay that are in an unknown state, and they have asked us to go through the screens and then repair as many as possible.

Once we have received your monitor our specialists will look at it and diagnose the problem. We will then contact you to inform you how much it will cost. This will be a fixed price quote. If you agree to the quotation then we will repair the fault and the monitor will be delivered back to you within 3-5 days depending on the fault found and the time taken for any spares to arrive.

Lumaco Ltd also offer a 90 day warranty on the parts and labour.

If the monitor is beyond repair then we will inform you that it will not be cost worthy for you to have it repaired. You can then let us hold onto the screen for us to dispose of, or you can have it returned to you.

NO FIX NO FEE. You will only be liable for postage costs.

If we are returning the monitor to you then you will only be charged for postage (via secure courier service or special delivery royal mail). We do not charge you for the time spent in assessing the repair.

If you do have the screen returned to you then if you will be disposing of it - it must be done the environmentally friendly way. Please see the section on WEEE - Waste of Electrical and Electronic Equipment.
